Returns Policy.

Here at PetroMedia Trading we make sure to offer an excellent service to our customers.

Part of this excellent service includes the customers rights to return their products. We accept returns of any product only if it is faulty/damaged/broken or in any other way defective. We will only accept the return if the product is completely unused and in its original packaging. We will ask for photographic proof of the defect, without this, we cannot authorise a return. If your photographic proof does not satisfy our returns criteria we can decline your return offer.
